Smart Friends Portal
Smart Friends is Smart Group's agency partner network and loyalty programme, created for event agencies, production agencies and venue finders. It provides members with exclusive access to offers, industry news, portfolio updates, networking events and incentive rewards, including hosted experiences and international trips. Designed to strengthen relationships across the events industry, Smart Friends helps agency partners stay connected with Smart Group's brands while rewarding those who regularly book Smart Group venues, catering and event services for their clients.
Echo East built the Smart Friends Portal to allow members to see their spend with Smart Group, track rewards, read exclusive notifications and content, and get invited to Smart Friends events.
A creative spend tracker shows each member their tier level and spend to the next reward. This was integrated directly with Salesforce, showing live data at all times based on annual spend.
The bookings list is also fed directly from Salesforce, showing all open business the agency has with Smart Group.
Notifications could be shown based on each member's tier level, to offer exclusive events and perks depending on the depth of relationship. The portal also features exclusive blog and resources pages to provide agents with as much information as possible to promote Smart Group events, and earn commission.
The platform increased engagement from over 80 agents as the incentives to promote and do business with Smart Group increased, while decreasing the amount of back and forth about commissions, rewards, and requests for promotional materials.
